04 May 2015

As any feeding commerce knows, the normative described on the European Hygiene Plan, concretely on the Regulation (EC) No 852/2004, requires that any establishment in the field of food handling must implement a self-control sanitary system.

Nowadays, in many establishments the collection of data is carried out manually annotating every day the temperatures of any refrigeration area, and in case that are used, in zones where warm meals are preserved.

This kind of manual processes occasionally lead to annotations errors, neglects that have generated nulls in the registers and others discomforts related with a busy day and the compatibility to carry out this processes manually.

The best solution to solve all this problems is automate the temperature control to periodically register the temperature of any equipment of your installation. Only it’s necessary to put a little temperature sensor inside each refrigeration zone and this one, wireless, will send the data to PickData EVO where will be registered quickly and safely.

This continuous monitoring of refrigeration zones allows not only to preserve a register according to food security regulations but also detecting instantly and remotely, on your mobile phone, any problem with fridges or freezer, avoiding the possibility to lose all the material in case of failure or neglect.

Don’t take risks and avoid invoicing disasters for less than 5 € per month.
