Faced with the necessity of offering adaptable solutions to a big number of applications, PickData presents eManager, the new product range of programmable modular controllers for IoT projects.

eManager is an OEM industrial controller which is equipped with a high-performance control unit with a Linux Yocto embedded. The device includes RS-232/485 serial communications and an Ethernet 10/100 port. Two versions, eManager and eManager Pro, with different options of CPU clock, flash storage or RAM memory. Node-RED software tool is integrated on eManager Pro version.

Hardware efficiency

Nowadays, most of the solutions require more than one device to tackle all the application’s needs. For example, it is commonly seen to have a digital input/output hub, a PLC with Modbus RTU/TCP communications, a Raspberry Pi running the app and storing data, and a router with mobile communications to send data to the cloud. Nevertheless, eManager allows you to simplify all these needs in a single device and application.

eManager is not only equipped with great processing capacity, data storage and industrial communications. eManager has a big expansion modules' catalogue that can maximize your device performance, but these modules are not designed to be mounted out of the factory. We will always deliver finished products, so it is an option of the device definition to include or not this expansion modules as a part of your eManager.
